Iran Experts Group, registered in 1999, began its independent activities in 2005. Since then, it has provided consulting, design, auditing, and training services in the fields of quality management, performance evaluation, productivity, and process improvement to organizations and companies across governmental, industrial, and service sectors. The company has consistently pursued the enhancement of organizational quality and efficiency, with a five-year vision of becoming one of the key strategic partners of both government and private sectors in management consulting and economic services within the country and the region.
In line with this vision, the Iran Experts Group Academy was established in recent years as part of the group. By designing and launching the Exacd skill development platform, the Academy has created an innovative environment for training and skill-building within organizations. This platform, with its unique features, enables organizations to establish a mentorship-based system within their own organizational panel, creating a specialized, customized university tailored to their specific needs.
Through this platform, organizations can enter into agreements with the Academy to systematically and purposefully implement training and skill development processes internally. The system allows managers and employees to practically enhance their skills in various managerial, technical, and specialized fields by engaging in mentorship-based learning and human resource development projects.
With this new approach, the Iran Experts Group Academy plays a dual role by providing organizational consulting alongside training and HR development. By leveraging the Exacd platform, organizations can centralize and optimize their training needs, thereby establishing an internal specialized educational system that improves employee performance and enhances overall organizational efficiency.
The Academy strives to accelerate organizational transformation and improvement by integrating consulting and training, positioning itself as a key driver of organizational change, particularly in the area of human resource development.

In line with the implementation of the general policies of Article 44 of the Constitution, evaluating the effectiveness of privatizations plays a key role in analyzing the country's economic performance. Iran Experts Group, as the executor of the national project for assessing the performance of privatized companies, has gained unparalleled experience in analyzing the effectiveness of privatization at the national level.
In this project, the performance of 92 privatized companies was evaluated over a precise period—from three years before privatization up to the years following it (until 2015). Two key indicators, employment and productivity, were selected as the main criteria, reflecting their high sensitivity to society and their importance in the success of privatization.
The evaluation process, relying on advanced analytical models, multi-year databases, and economic-performance indicators, provided an accurate picture of the post-privatization status and identified companies that genuinely advanced in improving productivity and maintaining employment.
By executing this project for the third consecutive term, Iran Experts Group has reinforced its position as a trusted national advisor for evaluating and monitoring the performance of organizations and economic companies.
Since 2003, coinciding with the approval of Clause “P” of Note 20 of the Budget Law, Iran Experts Group, as one of the first specialized consultants, initiated the design and implementation of the Green Management System in the country.
This national mission, under the supervision of the Department of Environment, aimed to develop practical frameworks for governmental bodies and executive companies. Between 2003 and 2005, Iran Experts Group was directly responsible for establishing green management practices within organizations.
Today, with the government’s renewed emphasis on resource efficiency, reducing environmental impacts, and promoting sustainable development, the group, leveraging its successful past experiences, is ready to serve as a strategic partner for executive bodies in the effective and specialized implementation of the Green Management System.
Iran Experts Group, aiming to enhance human resource productivity and data-driven decision-making, has carried out the design and implementation of employee performance evaluation systems for the municipalities of Tehran and Qom through several specialized projects.
These projects focused on aligning evaluation systems with the diverse and complex nature of urban jobs, resulting in the design of customized models and localized tools for performance measurement. This enabled an accurate analysis of employee performance, identification of strengths, and improvement of HR processes for these key institutions.
The outcome? More precise decision-making, increased employee motivation, and optimized human resources in organizations providing a wide range of urban services.
The aim of the Maritime Strategies Project was to design operational programs and to plan and develop downstream, linear, and port-related projects. The project covered more than 30 areas, including initiatives to facilitate regional and international trade, collaboration with neighboring countries on maritime safety and security, as well as navigation and meteorology.
In 2020, Iran Experts Group Academy, with the aim of enhancing workplace health and safety, implemented the HSE management system at the Tehran Air Quality Control Organization. Executed in a sensitive and highly specialized environment, this project successfully established a coherent structure for identifying and managing risks in the fields of safety, health, and environment.
